• Shipping available in the GTA (minimum $50+ order)
• Free shipping (usually 4-5 business days) when Betz Pools truck is in your area.
• Delivery is subject to availability in your area (see locations list)
• For delivery outside the GTA, please call the Betz Store at 905-640-1273 to discuss options
• IMPORTANT: A signature is required at time of delivery (unless you call the Betz Store at 905-640-1273 and provide specific instructions prior to purchase)
• NOTE: Betz Pools is not responsible for any missing merchandise delivered without a signature

PAYMENT

• All purchases, including delivery charge (if applicable), are in Canadian dollars and subject to 13% HST, which will be added at the time of purchase.
• Pay by VISA, MasterCard or charge to your Betz Account (for existing Betz customers).

CHANGES AND RETURNS

• To make a change after you have placed an order, please call the Betz Store immediately at 905-640-1273. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly make the changes and offer a convenient option for adjusting the amount. However, if your order has been shipped, we will gladly make the changes, but a return delivery fee of $12.99 (plus HST) will be added to the new amount
• If you do not wish to proceed with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, less a pick-up fee of $12.99 (plus HST). A confirmation will be emailed to you within one week of our receiving your returned product.
• If the product you received is not what you ordered, and is unopened, please call the Betz Store at 905-640-1273 and we will promptly deliver the correct product in exchange at no additional charge. We apologize for the error.
